Food is never far from my mind and my dream has finally come through with the opening of “The Floury Apron” Café and Deli.
My eventful college experience started with Sports Science in Carlow, Commerce in UCC culminating with a Chefing course in CIT. Leading on from that, I was lucky to have enjoyed several different experiences in many great food establishments which fuelled my passion for home cooking and baking.
When I started receiving presents like a food processor and subscriptions to food magazines on special occasions I knew I was on the right path to fulfilling my lifelong dream – the opening of my own Café and Deli.
A love of good food is definitely in our family and when we get together the main topic of conversation is where, what and when we are eating!!
I love trying out new recipes and cooking for family and friends.
